Three-room apartment with sea view located in the central square a stone's throw from the sea and the equipped sandy beach, with all services available right outside the door.

Bright and spacious, it is the ideal destination for families and groups to enjoy the sea without having to worry about using the car anymore.

Within easy reach, in fact, you can choose between large sandy beaches and -in summer- bathing establishments with all the amenities of sunbeds, deck chairs, and water games.

The house consists of:

- two bedrooms with sea view for a total of five beds,

- a large room with kitchen equipped with everything you need with latest generation appliances,

- balcony overlooking the town square and the sea, equipped with outdoor furniture and roller awnings,

- two modern and functional bathrooms,

- corridor with hallway.

The description of the apartment is completed by the independent heating system.

It is located on the second floor, reachable with a stairlift chair (by reservation, for people with reduced mobility).
